This website is operated by iLLUMiTUBES. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to iLLUMiTUBES. iLLUMiTUBES offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink (including our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1 – CUSTOM PRODUCT NATURE & FLAT-SHIP SPECIFICATIONS

A custom iLLUMiTUBE is a custom-printed translucent wrap produced specifically for your order. It ships flat for efficient delivery and is assembled into a cylindrical illuminated centerpiece during event setup. It is not a rigid preassembled tube.

Assembly instructions and video walkthroughs are available prior to your event. If you encounter difficulties or have questions regarding product assembly, you agree to consult our support resources and contact us prior to your event date for guidance.

SECTION 2 – CUSTOMER ARTWORK, RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS

When you provide logos, photographs, text, names, sponsor marks, fonts, or other content for inclusion on your order, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to use and reproduce that material.

You grant iLLUMiTUBES a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and adapt the supplied material solely as needed to prepare, proof, print, produce, and fulfill your order. Production permission does not grant iLLUMiTUBES the right to publish your proprietary artwork, customer logos, or private event photos for promotional or marketing purposes without your prior authorization.

SECTION 3 – ARTWORK PREPARATION & CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

Custom printing, artwork preparation, and custom graphic design are distinct services subject to the following schedule:

  • Artwork Prep Service: $70 for production preparation of one design supplied by the customer. Additional customer-supplied designs requiring preparation are billed at $45 each.

  • Custom Design Service: $150 per order, which includes up to two unique design concepts and one reasonable round of customer-requested revisions. Additional unique design concepts are billed at $95 each, and additional revision rounds are billed at $45 each.

  • Sequential or Variable Artwork: Custom quoted based on data complexity and volume.

Corrections required due to an internal iLLUMiTUBES design or preparation error do not count toward your allotted revision rounds.

SECTION 4 – PROOF APPROVAL & PRODUCTION AUTHORIZATION

Final production does not proceed until proof approval is submitted. You are responsible for thoroughly inspecting all proofs for spelling, typography, layout, sizing, logos, sponsor placements, and visible details.

Production proceeds strictly from the approved proof file. Any modification requested after proof sign-off may alter production timelines, delay target ship dates, and incur additional labor or material charges.

SECTION 5 – 3D DESIGN STUDIO & COLOR VISUALIZATION

The 3D Design Studio is an interactive visualization tool designed solely to help you conceptualize how artwork wraps around the cylindrical form. It is not a production blueprint and does not guarantee exact screen color accuracy, material translucency, illuminated glow, or ambient brightness. Physical production is governed exclusively by the approved artwork template and production proof.

SECTION 6 – PRICING ESTIMATES & BUDGETING CALCULATORS

Estimates generated via our Pricing & Planning calculator or website budgeting tools are planning aids and do not constitute a formal, binding contract or order. Shipping fees, taxes, variable data, and custom scope requirements are calculated separately. A planning estimate does not reserve production capacity or rush scheduling.

SECTION 7 – PRODUCTION SCHEDULES, EVENT DATES & SHIPPING

Production time and carrier transit time are distinct:

  • Standard Production: Standard production requires 5–7 business days from the date an order is designated ready to proceed (all commercial terms finalized, required artwork supplied, and proofs approved). Carrier transit time is separate and added to this production window.

  • Event Dates: Customers must provide an accurate event date during ordering. We schedule production to meet verified deadlines.

  • Contiguous U.S. Shipping Rates: Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. follows our established subtotal tiers ($25 for orders up to $350, $58 for $350.01–$650, $75 for $650.01–$950, $150 for $950.01–$2,000, $165 for $2,000.01–$3,000, $195 for $3,000.01–$4,000, $235 for $4,000.01–$5,000, and custom quoted for orders over $5,000).

  • Rush Orders: Rush production and expedited transit require direct confirmation by iLLUMiTUBES based on current manufacturing capacity, artwork readiness, and destination.

  • Non-Continental U.S. & International: Shipments outside the continental U.S. require an additional two weeks of advance planning, are ineligible for rush service, and carry custom freight rates.

  • Delivery & Carrier Terms: Customers must provide complete, accurate delivery instructions, dock access requirements, or venue receiving windows prior to dispatch. iLLUMiTUBES is not liable for carrier transit delays caused by severe weather, transit bottlenecks, or facility access restrictions outside our direct control.

SECTION 8 – CANCELLATIONS, SATISFACTION RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because custom items are manufactured to individual specifications and cannot be restocked, cancellations and returns follow strict progression tiers:

  • Cancellation Before Design Work Begins: Eligible for a 100% full refund.

  • Cancellation After Design Begins (Prior to Production): The merchandise subtotal is refundable; fees for design or artwork preparation already performed are nonrefundable.

  • Cancellation After Production Begins: The order cannot be canceled for a full refund.

  • 75% Custom Satisfaction Return: If you are unsatisfied with your custom order for reasons other than company error, you may return the complete, unused, unaltered order for a 75% refund of the custom-printed merchandise subtotal paid.

  • Mandatory Return Deadline: Satisfaction returns are only valid prior to the event date. The return parcel must receive a physical carrier acceptance scan before the event date stated on the order. Creating a shipping label does not satisfy this requirement, and returns cannot be accepted after the event has occurred or after items have been used.

  • Nonrefundable Items & Fees: Design service fees, revision charges, rush fees, and original shipping fees are strictly nonrefundable on satisfaction returns. Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Company Error / Damaged Goods: If an order arrives damaged, missing components, or defective due to our manufacturing error, notify iLLUMiTUBES promptly with photos and order details for replacement, repair, reprint, or appropriate refund adjustment.

SECTION 9 – ONLINE STORE & GENERAL CONDITIONS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 10 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

SECTION 11 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 12 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 13 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as embedded viewers or logistics calculators) over which we neither monitor nor have control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or endorsements.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

SECTION 14 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments.

SECTION 15 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMPANY CONTENT

The iLLUMiTUBES brand name, website layout, original graphics, product documentation, instructional media, assembly guides, and copy are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Customer-provided logos and graphic marks remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective customer or licensor.

SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose;

  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;

  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;

  • To submit false or misleading information;

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;

  • To collect or track the personal information of others;

  • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;

  • For any obscene or immoral purpose; or

  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service, the website, or the Internet.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

SECTION 17 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall iLLUMiTUBES, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iLLUMiTUBES and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including intellectual property disputes regarding submitted artwork).

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY & TERMINATION

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
