We collect what we need to plan, produce and support your order

Customer artwork, event information and contact details are business records. We use them to answer requests, prepare artwork and proofs, fulfill orders, provide support and maintain the records needed to operate the business.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, company/organization, email, phone number, event date, venue or delivery location, order information, requested quantities, artwork/design information, uploaded files, messages, and technical/source information used to operate and understand the website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, recommend appropriate products, prepare pricing or quotes, create artwork and proofs, process orders, arrange shipping, provide event support, prevent abuse, maintain business records, improve the website, and follow up about the order.

Customer artwork and uploads

Artwork submitted through our request process is intended to be stored privately and used for the request/order. We do not treat permission to produce your order as permission to publish your logo, event photographs, or other customer content for marketing.

Payments

Commerce and payment processing are handled through the shop and its payment providers. iLLUMiTUBES does not use the marketing website to collect or store full payment-card information.

Service providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, commerce/payment processing, email delivery, shipping, file storage, analytics, security, and other business operations. Those providers receive information only as needed for the service they perform and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Planning information remembered in this browser

When you enter an event date or a few project-planning details, this site may store those details in your browser so they can be carried between planning pages without making you type them again. That browser-stored planning context is not submitted to iLLUMiTUBES until you send a request or order through an applicable workflow. You can change the information at any time, and clearing this site's browser data removes the locally remembered planning context.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies and, when enabled, analytics or similar technologies to understand site use and measure marketing or conversions. Where applicable, privacy choices are presented before non-essential tracking is used.

Retention

We keep business records for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were collected, operational continuity, legal/accounting requirements, dispute handling, and repeat-order support. Access to customer artwork and business records should be limited to people and providers who need it.
