Rush production and priority shipping must be confirmed by iLLUMITUBES before ordering and are not guaranteed until approved.
What we need to review
To evaluate a rush or priority request, please have the following information ready:
- Event date and required in-hand date
- Delivery city, state, and ZIP code
- Product size(s) and quantity
- Artwork status — production-ready, needs Artwork Prep, or needs Custom Design Service
- Tube Lights, inserts, or other accessories needed
- Any other timing, venue, or delivery requirements that could affect the order
Production and shipping
Standard production and carrier transit are separate parts of the timeline. Artwork development, revisions, and proof approval may also require additional time before an order is ready for production.
If your event is approaching, we will review the complete timeline rather than assume that standard production or expedited shipping alone will meet your required arrival date.
Do not place a time-sensitive order assuming rush availability. Contact us first so we can review the project.
Outside the continental U.S.
Orders outside the continental United States require additional planning and shipping review. Rush availability cannot be assumed and must be confirmed for the specific destination and order.
