Product & Sizes
What are iLLUMITUBES?
iLLUMITUBES are custom-printed translucent wraps that form illuminated cylindrical centerpieces around an interior Tube Light. They ship flat and are assembled before the event.
What standard sizes are available?
Classic iLLUMITUBES: 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, and 28 inches tall, approximately 5.75 inches in diameter.
Grand iLLUMITUBES: 36, 42, and 48 inches tall, approximately 8.5 inches in diameter.
Are Tube Lights included?
Tube Lights are optional unless specifically selected with your order. Each Tube Light uses 3 AAA batteries. Batteries are not included.

What is the Reflector + Stability Insert?
It is an optional insert with two possible uses. A Top Reflector can redirect some upward light back into the tube, while a Bottom Stability Insert provides low-positioned support. Inserts are not required for standard use, and no more than one insert should be used per tube.

Artwork & Design
Can you print our logo or artwork?
Yes. If you already have a complete design that meets the artwork requirements for your selected iLLUMITUBE size, you can supply it as production-ready artwork at no artwork-service fee.
If you are supplying a logo, brand assets, or other elements rather than a complete production-ready design, additional artwork service may be needed. Artwork Prep Service is for a design you already have that needs resizing, formatting, minor cleanup, resolution improvement, or other production preparation. Custom Design Service is for projects where you want iLLUMITUBES to create the finished design using your logo, colors, brand standards, or other direction.
All production artwork follows the normal proof-approval process before production.
Can iLLUMITUBES create or prepare the artwork?
Yes. Artwork Prep Service is available for supplied artwork that needs production preparation. Custom Design Service is available when you need iLLUMITUBES to create the artwork for your tube.
Can I preview my artwork in 3D?
Yes. Use the iLLUMITUBES customization experience to upload and visualize your artwork wrapped around the selected tube before ordering. The 3D preview is a visualization tool; final production still follows the approved size-specific artwork template and normal proof-approval process.

When does production begin?
Production begins after the required order and artwork details are complete and the final proof is approved.

Can I see pricing before checkout?
Yes. Use Build an Estimate to combine sizes, quantities, Tube Lights, inserts, artwork services, and other available options before proceeding to checkout.
Are samples available?
Yes. The iLLUMITUBES Sample Pack is an available-inventory sample intended to help you evaluate the physical product, print, illumination, and construction before a larger order. The sample graphic may vary.
The Custom Branded Corporate Sample is a made-to-order sample for qualifying business and corporate approval workflows and includes Custom Design Service for a specific branded concept.
How fast is standard production?
Standard production is generally planned within 5–7 business days once the order is ready to proceed. Artwork approval, design requirements, order details, current production capacity, and shipping time can affect the complete event timeline.
What if my event is coming up soon?
Rush production or priority shipping may be available depending on your event date, required delivery date, quantity, artwork readiness, production capacity, and destination. Rush availability must be confirmed before ordering.

Shipping, Setup & Reuse
Do iLLUMITUBES ship assembled?
No. The custom-printed centerpiece ships flat for efficient delivery and is formed into the cylindrical centerpiece during setup.
Are batteries included?
No. Each Tube Light uses 3 AAA batteries.
Do orders include remote controls?
Tube orders include remote controls according to quantity. Additional or replacement remotes are available separately.
Can I purchase replacement components later?
Yes. Tube Lights, remotes, tape, compatible inserts, and replacement graphics may be available separately for reuse or replacement.

What if I have trouble assembling my order?
Review the assembly instructions and video before your event and build one representative unit before assembling a large quantity. If something seems different from what you expected, contact iLLUMITUBES as soon as possible so we can assist you.
