Shipping policy

We plan around the event date. Standard production is normally completed for shipment within 5-7 days after the order is ready to proceed. Delivery time then depends on the shipping service, destination, and carrier.

Standard production

Our standard production guidance is 5-7 days from a ready-to-proceed order to shipment. A ready-to-proceed order has the required commercial, artwork/proof, and order information needed for production. Carrier transit time is separate.

Standard contiguous-U.S. shipping estimates

The Pricing & Planning calculator applies the following flat-rate estimate to the product total when standard shipping within the contiguous United States is appropriate:

• Up to $350: $25

• $350.01 – $650: $58

• $650.01 – $950: $75

• $950.01 – $2,000: $150

• $2,000.01 – $3,000: $165

• $3,000.01 – $4,000: $195

• $4,000.01 – $5,000: $235

• Over $5,000: Custom quote required

Priority or rush service, ZIP-dependent exceptions, Canada or other destinations, and unusually large shipments require human confirmation. The calculator shows that clearly instead of presenting an unreliable flat rate.

Rush requests

Rush work must be confirmed by iLLUMiTUBES. We review the event date, quantity, artwork readiness, current production capacity, destination, and carrier timing before confirming what is realistically possible. If your event date is close, call us before relying on a shipping selection.

Outside the continental United States

Orders shipping outside the continental United States require an additional two weeks of planning time and are not eligible for rush service. Shipping charges and available delivery services depend on the destination and are calculated separately from standard domestic shipping where the checkout supports that destination.

Shipping address and venue delivery

Please provide a complete deliverable address and the correct recipient or venue information. If an address, receiving window, dock requirement, or venue instruction is important, tell us before shipment. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error after ordering.

Carrier delays, lost shipments and damage

Once a shipment is in carrier possession, delivery timing can be affected by carrier operations, weather, access and other conditions outside our direct control. If tracking shows a problem, the shipment arrives damaged, or part of the order is missing, contact us promptly. Keep the packaging and take clear photographs when damage is involved so we can document the issue and determine the best recovery path.

If the planned ship date changes

If we learn that we cannot ship within a promised shipping timeframe, we will contact you with the current facts and available options. The event date remains the key deadline, so please tell us immediately if your event or required-arrival date changes.
